The systematic murder of civilians, which is being committed by the fleeing Russian Army, is another in a series of appaling war crimes committed by the Putin regime, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs official Twitter account stated on Sunday. Several of the country’s leading politicians joined in the condemnation of alleged murders of civilians committed by the Russian Army in the town of Bucha, which Ukraine’s Defence Ministry described as “another Srebrenica”.

Czech households should not have their gas deliveries affected if the commodity stops entering the continent from Russia, Transport Minister Martin Kupka told CNN Prima News on Sunday. Echoing his colleague Trade Minister Jozef Síkela’s statement earlier this week, Mr Kupka said that the private sector possesses enough gas to last the country for 30 days. He added that this depends on the weather.

Kupka’s counterpart, the former industry and trade minister Karel Havlíček, criticized the government for not purchasing gas as a reserve that would be stored in the country’s material reserves. However, Mr Kupka argued against this suggestion by highlighting the high price of gas.
