Vaccination certificates to be valid for only nine months as of 2022

The validity of Covid-19 vaccination certificates will be reduced to only nine months from January 2022, outgoing health minister Adam Vojtěch announced on Thursday. To have a valid certificate, people will have to get a booster jab, he said.

Shortening the limit for the acceptance of vaccination certificates after the primary vaccination series has been recommended by the European Commision, based on the guidance of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
