President Zeman to appoint Petr Fiala prime minister on Sunday
President Milos Zeman, who tested positive for Covid on Thursday, is to be released from Prague’s Central Military Hospital on Saturday, after receiving monoclonal antibody therapy. Mr. Zeman, who has spent the past six weeks in hospital with an undisclosed chronic condition, reportedly has no Covid symptoms. He will return to Lany chateau where he is to appoint Petr Fiala of the Civic Democrats prime minister. The ceremony will take place at 11 am on Sunday.
