Over 14,000 Czechs abroad register to vote in January presidential election
Over 14,000 Czechs have registered to vote in the January presidential election at Czech embassies abroad, according to data released by the Czech Foreign Ministry. According to the ministry, the largest number of registered voters is in London, where 1,325 Czechs registered to vote in the election, followed by Brussels with 1,028 registered voters, Bratislava and Bern with over 600 each, followed by Sidney, Paris and New York. The first round of the elections is due to be held on January 13-14.
