Obstacles to building fourth Prague Metro line removed

The Prague transport authority is now free to build a fourth, D Metro line between the city’s Pankrác and Písnice districts. This follows the Ministry of Transport’s rejection of objections to the construction project put forward by opponents, which may not be appealed.

Prague’s deputy mayor for transport, Adam Scheinherr said work could officially begin next month on the D line, which will be built in stages.
