Seznam says Turek has failed to comply with court ruling

Czech internet company Seznam.cz says MP Filip Turek (Motorists) has not yet complied with a court order requiring him to apologise for false claims about the company. Turek posted an apology on Facebook on Sunday after claiming Seznam employees could access users’ emails. However, Seznam says it has not received the required signed written apology and that the Facebook post does not fulfil the ruling. The company said it could seek enforcement once the judgment becomes final. Turek must also apologise to environmental group Hnutí Duha over separate statements linking it to deaths during floods.
