Czech defender Chaloupek ruled out of match against England
Defender Štěpán Chaloupek has been ruled out of the Czech Republic’s squad ahead of Tuesday’s Nation’s League match against England at Wembley. The Slavia Prague centre-back suffered an injury in Saturday’s match against Spain which the Czech team lost 3-0.
The Czech team will hold their traditional pre-match training session at Wembley on Monday. The match kicks off at 8:45 p.m. CEST on Tuesday.
After three defeats, Denia’s side will be looking to secure their first point against the favourites. England beat the Czechs 2-0 at home a few days ago despite playing with 10 men for much of the match.
