900 years since the restoration of the rotunda on Říp Mountain

People gathered on Říp Mountain this past Sunday to mark 900 years since the restoration of the Rotunda of St. George and St. Adalbert. Říp is a well-known symbol of Czech history, traditionally associated with the legendary arrival of the Czech forefather Čech. The celebrations included a Te Deum prayer led by Prague Archbishop Stanislav Přibyl, who also blessed the restored statue of St. George.
