Around 92,000 attend first day of NATO Days
Around 92,000 people attended the first day of NATO Days and Czech Air Force Days at Mošnov airport near Ostrava on Saturday, according to police. Traffic queues around the airport caused waits of up to two hours, but organisers reported no major problems.The programme featured around eight hours of air and ground demonstrations, including the British Red Arrows and a German Tornado. The Czech military also presented its new Embraer C-390 Millennium transport aircraft to the public for the first time. Military, security and emergency units from 14 countries are taking part in the two-day event.
