Czech foreign minister promotes nuclear cooperation in Croatia

Czech Foreign Minister Petr Macinka (Motorists) is concluding a two-day visit to Croatia with talks in Zagreb focused on nuclear energy cooperation. He is opening an expert seminar where Czech officials and companies, including ČEZ and Škoda JS, are presenting their experience and technology as Croatia considers expanding its nuclear sector. The event aims to strengthen long-term cooperation and support Czech involvement in future Croatian energy projects. Croatia is among the EU countries interested in developing small modular reactors. Macinka is also meeting his Croatian counterpart, Gordan Grlić Radman, before the two ministers hold a joint press conference.
