Electoral groups to receive ballot numbers for October parliamentary vote

Czech parties, movements, and coalitions will be assigned ballot numbers today for the upcoming October elections to the Chamber of Deputies. The State Electoral Commission traditionally conducts the draw, which determines the numbers printed on ballots and the order of parties on the official election website managed by the Czech Statistical Office. In 2021, the Spolu coalition (Civic Democratic Party, Christian Democrats, TOP 09) got the election under number 13, while ANO Party ran with 20 and Freedom and Direct Democracy with 4. This year, 26 groups are competing, four more than in the last elections scheduled for 3–4 October.
