Lipavský meets local officials in Dnipro, forced into shelter during visit

Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský met with local leaders in Dnipro, eastern Ukraine, to discuss humanitarian and reconstruction projects supported by Czechia in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The talks with regional governor Serhiy Lysak and council head Mykola Lykashuk began in an air raid shelter due to an alert. Earlier, Lipavský laid flowers at a memorial for victims of the Russian invasion, when sirens forced his delegation to take cover. He also visited a rail depot and power station hit by Russian strikes, the ATO museum, and a hospital equipped with a Czech-donated mobile medical bus.
