Firefighters evacuate 238 people due to heavy rain

Due to heavy rainfall, the water level of the Černý Stream in Velká Kraš in the Jeseník region rose significantly, reaching the third flood level (a state of danger). As a result, firefighters had to evacuate two children's camps located near the stream. According to fire department spokesperson Lucie Balážová, there was a risk that the camps would be completely cut off from access roads due to the high water. A total of 238 children and adults were evacuated.
