Czech FM at Globsec: Helping Ukraine is a strategic necessity for Europe

Speaking on the second day of the Globsec Forum in Prague Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský said that the war in Ukraine is a decisive test for Europe; one that the Continent cannot afford to fail in. He said supporting Ukraine is not an act of charity, but a strategic necessity: an investment in Europe's collective security, prosperity, and credibility.

Later today, Minister Lipavský is due to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Andriy Sybiha on the sidelines of the conference. The talks will also include Czech businesses representatives and NGOs active in Ukraine.
