Number of foreigners in Czechia has slightly decreased

As of the end of March, 1,073,303 foreigners were living in the Czech Republic. More than half of them were Ukrainians, followed by Slovaks, Vietnamese, and Russians. This was stated by the Ministry of the Interior in a report on migration for the first quarter of this year. According to the ministry, the number of foreigners decreased by 20,787 people year-on-year, which is just under two percent. The highest number of foreigners—almost a third—live in Prague, according to the ministry.
