Nečas sparks Colorado win to force Game 7, Hertl advances with Vegas

Czech hockey player Martin Nečas scored and added an assist as Colorado defeated Dallas 7–4, pushing their NHL playoff series to a decisive Game 7. His goal—his first of this postseason—came shortly after Dallas had tied the game in the second period. Despite Dallas briefly taking the lead, Colorado stormed back with four goals in the third. Nečas, named the game’s first star, now has five points in the playoffs. Meanwhile, Tomáš Hertl’s Vegas Golden Knights eliminated Minnesota with a 3–2 win and will face Edmonton in the next round. Toronto also advanced, beating Ottawa 4–2.
