More Czechs doubt AI will affect their jobs soon

A survey by Ipsos for Charles University found that 41% of Czechs believe AI-powered chat systems like ChatGPT will not impact their jobs in the near future, up 5% since April. While 14% expect significant effects within five years, most anticipate minimal or no changes. AI tools like Microsoft Bing and Google’s Bard are gaining popularity, with 34% of respondents having tried them. Nearly half expect AI to influence fields like graphic design and journalism, though 60% believe human journalists will work alongside AI rather than be replaced.
