Education minister expresses support for Ukrainian students in CR

The Czech minister of education, Petr Gazdík, has offered his support to the over 4,000 Ukrainians studying in the Czech Republic as their country faces Russian aggression. In a statement on the website of the Ministry of Education, he said Czechs had encountered similar situations in the 20th century to what Ukraine is now undergoing.

Ukrainians account for the third biggest national group among students in the Czech Republic, Mr. Gazdík said.
