Ministry of Education earmarks funds to support Ukrainian students

The Ministry of Education in Prague is earmarking CZK 150 million to support Ukrainian students at Czech universities. Universities may use the money for students who enrol for regular studies in the Czech Republic or for those who come for short stays. Up to CZK 150,000 may go to each student, the ministry said in a statement on its website on Tuesday. The funding should help between 1,000 and 1,500 Ukrainian students.
