Tuesday sees third highest one-day jump in known Covid-19 cases

Some 367 new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the Czech Republic on Tuesday. This is the third highest single-day tally since the coronavirus was first detected in the country on March 1. To date just over 22,500 cases of the virus have been registered, with the number currently infected standing at 5,470, according to official Ministry of Health data. Four-hundred and 16 people have died with Covid-19.
