Last train with protective gear from China to arrive in Pardubice

The last train with protective gear from China, purchased by the Ministry of Interior during the state of emergency, is due to arrive in Pardubice on Thursday. The stock will be transported to a police warehouse in Opočínek near the east Bohemian town.

The first train which brought nearly 14 million facemasks and 2.5 million respirators arrived in Pardubice on June 14. Another 20,000 tonnes of medical equipment from China has been transported to the Czech Republic on planes.
