World premiere of black comedy "Švábi" at Uherské Hradiště Film School

The Summer Film School (LFŠ) in Uherské Hradiště on Saturday hosted the world premiere of Luboš Kučera’s comedy Švábi (Cockroaches). It's a dark grotesque tale about job loss and the search for the origin of a pornographic video. The independent film, 64 minutes long, was shot in 60 hours of pure filming time. Production cost about 40,000 CZK, and the crew worked without pay, Kučera said during a post-screening discussion with the audience.
