Test or quarantine to be required on entry from most countries

From Monday virtually all European countries will be designated at least orange on the Czech Republic’s “traffic light” system governing entry from other states. The move comes with the harmonisation of Czech rules with those of the EU. Most countries will be red (high risk) on the map, the minister of foreign affairs, Tomáš Petříček, said at a news conference.

In the case of people coming for a red state they will have to enter quarantine or produce a negative Covid-19 test.

In the case of orange (medium risk) countries those who have been working abroad for an extended period will need to undergo a test, though that will not apply for cross-border workers.
