Study: Czech fathers increasingly involved in child upbringing
The involvement of Czech fathers in raising children has increased over the past decade, suggests a survey carried out by the agency Nielsen Admosphere, published by Czech Radio’s iRozhlas on Sunday.
According to the survey, some 17 percent of fathers place their career over their family, compared to 34 percent in 2010.
Some 70 percent of respondents said they had enough free time to spend with their children.
Roughly one quarter of respondents said they would consider taking parental leave if they earned less money than their partner.
