Satoranský named Czech Basketball Player of Season for record seventh time

Tomáš Satoranský has been named Czech Basketball Player of the Season for the fourth time in succession. The point guard has won the title for the seventh time in total, beating the previous record held by Jiří Welsch.

Satoranský, who is 29, moved from Chicago to New Orleans at the start of last month.

In view of the Covid situation the Czech Basketball Federation did not hold a gala evening to announce the players of the season this year.
