Forbes: Tomáš Satoranský Czechia’s best paid athlete

Tomáš Satoranský, the only Czech basketball player in the NBA, continues to be the Czech Republic’s highest-paid athlete with total annual earnings amounting to CZK 218 million, according to the U.S. magazine Forbes.

The 29-year-old Czech, who plays for the Chicago Bulls, has just signed a contract with the New Orleans Pelicans. After Satoranský, the highest-paid Czech athletes are NHL hockey players David Krejčí and Jakub Horáček, and football internationals Patrik Schick and Tomáš Souček.
