Russians living in Czechia protest against invasion of Ukraine

Russians living in the Czech Republic gathered in the centre of Prague on Saturday afternoon to protest against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and against President Vladimir Putin. According to the police, an estimated 3,000 people took part in the protest.

The crowd marched from Náměstí Míru square to the Old Town Square, carrying blue and yellow Ukrainian flags and signs condemning Moscow’s aggression. The event was organised by the Prague Russian Anti-War Committee under the name Russians Against Putin.
