Ruling on Bud brand name in London

A London court ruled on Monday that both the US drinks giant Anheuser-Busch and the Czech brewery Budejovice Budvar can use the brand name Bud in the UK. Anheuser-Busch has the rights to the Bud name in most of the world, while Budvar can use it in a handful of countries where it has won the right to do so in the courts.
