Poll: SPD voters most satisfied with post-election talks

Even though the ANO party is leading the emerging government coalition (ANO, SPD, Motorists), voters of the Freedom and Direct Democracy party (SPD) are the most satisfied with the post-election negotiations, according to a poll by NMS Market Research for Czech Radio. Almost 90% say they are “definitely” or “rather” satisfied. ANO voters are also largely satisfied, while supporters of the outgoing government and the Pirate Party are mostly dissatisfied. Overall, 40% of Czechs say they are satisfied with the negotiations so far, while 44% are dissatisfied.

Participants also rated the proposed ministers. In total, 47% agree with the nominations - mainly ANO and SPD voters. The Motorists’ candidates, Filip Turek and Petr Macinka, rank lowest in satisfaction. At the top are two experienced ANO candidates: Adam Vojtěch and Robert Plaga.
