Pirates to take legal action against Babiš over migrants comment

The Czech Pirate Party say they plan to take legal action against Prime Minister Andrej Babiš after he said that they wanted to tax people for having large apartments and to place migrants in their homes. The Pirates first called on the PM to apologise for the comments but he refused to do so.

The chair of the Pirates’ deputies group, Jakub Michálek, said on Tuesday that Czech politics could not descend to a level where parties spread harmful lies about one another.
