Over one-third of Czech companies now use AI

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly spreading in Czech businesses, with experts estimating that more than a third of companies and over a million people use it at least occasionally. AI is most common in manufacturing, banking, customer support, marketing, and healthcare, where over 60 percent of hospitals already employ it. Firms expect cost savings, faster workflows, and better decision-making. Experts told Czech Press Agency that Czechia has the potential to become a regional AI leader thanks to strong tech infrastructure and a growing start-up ecosystem. However, they warn that without clear regulations, companies risk losing competitiveness and increasing security threats.
