Over 1,000 new Covid cases seen in CR for first time since May
Some 1,108 new cases of Covid-19 were recorded in the Czech Republic on Tuesday. It is the biggest one-day tally since May 18 and the first time since that date that over 1,000 cases were confirmed.
The reproduction number increased slightly to 1.33, while the incidence number is also growing.
On Tuesday 267 people were hospitalised with the coronavirus, around 40 more than the same day last week.
