Number of people hospitalised with Covid lowest since mid-October
Some 602 new cases of Covid-19 were registered in the Czech Republic on Saturday, around 600 fewer than on the same day last week. The number of suspected reinfections was 137, also representing a week-on-week drop.
The seven-day case incidence rate was also down on Saturday, at 94 per 100,000 of the population, the lowest figure since the end of October.
The number of people of hospitalised with Covid is the lowest since mid-October, currently standing at 625.
