Irish horse Final Orders wins Velká pardubická steeplchase
The Irish horse Final Orders has won the Velká pardubická steeplechase, the second consecutive year for an Irish-trained contender. Following Stumptown's victory last year, the ten-year-old gelding, with jockey Keith Michael Donoghue in the saddle secured victory in the home straight, narrowly beating the Czech favourite Godfrey, one of two winners of the 2024 edition.
Ten horses took part in this year's prestigious race, the smallest field since 1993.
