Acid Row: Black Sabbath in the DNA

Acid Row, Czech psychedelic metal band, based in Prague, has been active since 2011. Their third album Poisoned Mind released in 2024 won Album of the Year in the rock category of the Anděl awards. In May 2026 they released their fourth album Magic and performed at this year’s Czech music festivals Rock for People or Stone Smoker. Next to it, since they are well established also internationally, they performed at Italian StonerKras Fest.

Their sound is a mixture of stoner rock, doom metal and psychedelic experiments. There are many clear references to the popular culture in their music, including Alice's Adventures in Wonderland book, Magic: The Gathering card game and stable love for the legacy of the band Black Sabbath sound-wise.
