Intelligence service: “One-time agents” directed by Russia still threat to Czechia

The Czech Republic continues to a face a risk from “one-time agents” being used for sabotage attacks directed by Russia, according to a report from the country’s domestic intelligence service, known as BIS, published on Thursday.

The agency said the threat primarily concerned entities involved in the production or distribution of aid intended for Ukraine.

Last year Czech bodies were also the target of several cyber-attacks from actors linked to China, while hackers associated with Russia were also active in this regard, according to BIS’s annual report for 2025.
