Czech volleyball players beat France in dramatic Nations League finale

The Czech women's volleyball team ended their Nations League campaign with a dramatic 3-2 victory over France in Belgrade. The Czechs saved four match points in the deciding tie-break before winning it 20-18, with Monika Brancuská sealing the match. Czechia had dominated the opening set 25-12 but lost the next two before forcing a decider with a 25-17 fourth-set win. The team finished the preliminary round with six victories and six defeats and 16 points, two more than in their debut Nations League season last year. They currently sit tenth in the standings.
