PM Babiš to visit Vienna and Bratislava for talks with counterparts

Czech Prime Minister and ANO party leader Andrej Babiš will visit Austria and Slovakia on Monday for talks with his counterparts. In Vienna, Babiš is scheduled to meet Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker. According to the Czech government office, their talks will focus mainly on expanding Czech-Austrian trade cooperation, boosting the competitiveness of the European Union and energy issues. During his stay in the Austrian capital, Babiš will also visit a school run by the Czech Komenský School Association. Later in the day, Babiš and Stocker will travel to Bratislava for a meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in the so-called Slavkov format, where EU competitiveness and energy are again expected to dominate the agenda.
