Police charge man who hit Babiš with cane

Police have charged a man with disorderly conduct and attempted bodily harm after he struck Andrej Babiš (ANO) with a walking cane during an election campaign event in Dobrá, in the Frýdek-Místek region.The update in the case was reported to the Czech News Agency (ČTK) by Moravian-Silesian police spokesperson Soňa Štětínská. The accused, who will turn 64 this year, could face up to three years in prison.
