Moody’s confirms Prague’s Aa3 credit rating with stable outlook

The U.S. rating agency Moody’s Investors Service has reaffirmed Prague’s long-term credit rating at Aa3 with a stable outlook, according to Prague City Council.

Moody’s said the rating reflects the Czech capital’s strong fiscal position, prudent financial management, and the expectation that the Czech state—which holds the same rating—would support Prague in the event of financial difficulties.
