Lucy and Selam exhibition opens in Prague

The National Museum in Prague has unveiled a unique exhibition featuring fossils of human ancestors dating back 3.2 million years. Among the highlights are “Lucy” and “Selam,” two of the world’s most valuable and oldest paleoanthropological finds, on loan from the National Museum of Ethiopia in Addis Ababa. The fossils are rarely allowed to leave Ethiopia and are being displayed in Europe for the first time. They will remain in Prague for 60 days.

Due to expected high visitor interest, the museum is introducing timed-entry tickets and has extended its opening hours.
