Heat returns to Czechia with little rain expected

After more than two weeks of cooler and rainy weather, tropical temperatures are returning to Czechia this weekend. According to the national weather office (ČHMÚ), the heat will peak on Saturday and Sunday, especially in southern and eastern regions. Temperatures may reach 35°C in parts of Moravia, though a cold front is expected to arrive from the northwest on Sunday evening. Rain will be scarce, with only isolated showers or thunderstorms. Health officials urge caution: avoid exertion during midday, stay hydrated with non-alcoholic drinks, and never leave children or animals in parked cars.
