Veterinarians in Brno region remove 145 retrievers from breeders due to suspected animal cruelty
On Tuesday morning, police officers together with staff from the South Moravian Regional Veterinary Administration began removing 145 retrievers from breeders in Odrovice near Brno, where the dogs have long been kept in unsuitable conditions. The dogs are being placed into alternative care due to suspected animal cruelty, according to statements published by the police and the State Veterinary Administration.
