Pastrňák wins Golden Hockey Stick for the eighth time
Boston Bruins star David Pastrňák has won the Golden Hockey Stick award for the eighth time, confirming his status as the best Czech ice hockey player of the season. The 29-year-old forward, who collected 106 points in the NHL and led the World Championship in scoring, accepted the award via video from Sweden. His mother received the trophy on his behalf at a ceremony in Prague. Martin Nečas finished second and Roman Červenka third.
