Wimbledon champion Krejčíková to start grass season in London

Reigning Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejčíková will start the grass season in singles at the Queen's Club in London on Tuesday with a match against Rebecca Šramková. She has a 1-1 record with the Slovak tennis player.

Ms. Krejčíková last appeared at Roland Garros, where she was eliminated in the 2nd round. On the Paris clay court, she recorded her first victory after more than six months of health interruption due to a back injury.

In London, she has already appeared in doubles, being eliminated in the 1st round with Taiwan’s Chan Hao-ching.
