Czech court rejects teen’s bid to vote before turning 18

The Constitutional Court has dismissed a complaint by a girl who wanted to vote before reaching the age of 18. She had asked to be added to the electoral register and challenged laws that set the voting age limit. While some countries, like Austria, allow voting from age 16, the Czech Constitution sets the minimum age at 18.
