Olena Zelenska opens Global Healthcare Initiative for Ukraine conference

Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska on Monday opened a two-day Global Healthcare Initiative for Ukraine conference in Prague. Health care is an area in which the two sides will cooperate closely. On Sunday the two countries representatives signed a memorandum on cooperation in mental health care. The project will focus on capacity building in public mental health research and service development in Ukraine. Among other things, Czech experts from the National Institute for Mental Health are expected to train 45 young researchers to work in this field.
