“I cannot defend carp”: The foreigner’s perspective on Czech Christmas!

Today is the 24th of December, and as Czechs unwrap their presents and tuck into their traditional dinner, many households will be celebrating with someone who did not grow up with the traditions of Czech Christmas, but rather got to know it as a foreigner. To explore the outsider’s perspective on this special day, Danny Bate gathered together an international panel of foreign fans of Czech Christmas. Anaïs Raimbault from France, Juan Muttoni from Argentina and Ferdinand Hauser from Germany share their experiences and their opinions (both the good and the bad) of Christmas in Czechia.
