Cushman & Wakefield: Pařížská Street among top 20 most expensive in the world

Pařížská Street in Prague has once again been ranked among the 20 most expensive shopping streets in the world in terms of rents, according to data from Cushman & Wakefield. The highest annual rent in Pařížská Street is 2,700 euros (66,100 crowns) per square meter, which is the highest price in Europe and the 11th highest in the world. Czechia is the only Central and Eastern European country to have a street ranked among the top 20 most expensive in the world.
