Czech police publish online questionnaire for reporting war crimes in Ukraine

The Czech police have published an online questionnaire where people can report war crimes committed in Ukraine, Czech news daily Deník N reports. The questionnaire is accessible via a link published on the Czech police's Twitter account on Monday. The questionnaire is purely for information-gathering, however, and does not replace the filing of a criminal report.
